- Instructional Technology Consultant, Berrien County ISD November 1998-present
- Coordinate video conferencing (distance learning) programs for two counties including 20 school districts, teach technology integration classes online, assist colleagues with training for teachers on technology integration.
- Maintain the distance learning web site
- Instructional Technologist, Berrien County ISD July 1997-November 1998
- Train teachers in using technology in the classroom (about 150 hours training at the ISD and 200 hours in classroom and onsite training)
- Maintain Classroom Resources web site (which gets about 1800 hits/day during the school year as of March 2000)

Special Projects
- Served on the Keystone Conference Steering Committee, January - October 2004.
- Under the mentorship of Macomb ISD, implemented the ASK program in Berrien County 2003-2004.
- Designed and piloted the videoconference program Where in Michigan, winter 2004.
- Promotional video for TWICE, Spring 2003. I served on the planning committee.
- 3000 7th Graders Get Palms Winter 2003 I was one of the main trainers responsible for three buildings in the county.
- MysteryQuest: World Geography Created this annual project reaching 50+ classrooms per year. Watch a movie of my presentation about MysteryQuest at MegaCon V .View the stream for session 3 part 1.
- Read Across America Day March 2002 I co-organized this national event with 200 classrooms in 18 states participating.
- TIME: Technology Integration Modeling Experience A new professional development experience.
- TWICE web site, a new established organization for K-12 videoconferencing in the state of Michigan.
- Videoconferencing Field Trip Databases, began in the summer of 2000. This site assists teachers in finding two way video programs that match the Michigan Curriculum Frameworks. These databases are available on the TWICE website.
- Teaching and designing online courses
- Designed Planning Interactive Curriculum Connections and piloted it January 2004. Credit offered through Western Michigan University and Andrews University.
- Team-designed Technology in the Early Elementary Classroom with Marilyn Western. Taught it for Ameritech Technology Academy spring 2002 and summer 2002. Credit offered through Western Michigan University and Central Michigan University.
- Team-designed two courses for AVLN: Adventist Virtual Learning Network in the fall 2000 and winter 2001. Integrating Technology in the Curriculum and Active Online Teaching. Taught the first session of Active Online Teaching spring 2001. Team taught/assisted with its instruction since then. Taught Integrating Technology in the Curriculum Summer 2002.
- Designed a resource for Seventh-day Adventist online teachers on Online Teaching Standards and WebCT instructions.
- Summer 2000, designed and taught Technology Tools for Literacy. Andrews University now offers this course online regularly.
- Winter 2000, a course entitled Developing WebQuests, team taught with a colleague, was chosen as exem
plary by a study selecting exemplary online courses sponsored by WebCT. Offered for credit through Andrews University and Western Michigan University.
- Designed and taught Internet in the Curriculum fall 1999. Offered for credit through Andrews University and Western Michigan University.
- Berrien County Connect, an Internet curriculum project sponsored by the Berrien County Intermediate School District, $30,000 project for 1998-1999, continuing Goals 2000 funding to 2001.
- Instructional Technology Across the Curriculum, an easy to use format of the Michigan instructional technology benchmarks formatted for teachers and technology coordinators, sponsored by the Berrien County Intermediate School District, 1997-1998. Included on the Best Practices of Technology Integration CD for 2000.
- 10/40 Window, an Internet curriculum project done for my classroom and bulletin board when I was teaching. I continue to add to this project.
