Buiding a Gingerbread House
by Julie and Janine Lim

Here's how to contruct your cookie house.

Apply a bead of icing to the bottom of one of the gable sides.

Stand up the gable side. Have someone hold it if needed.

Ice three sides of a short wall.

Gently push the wall against the gable side.

Ice three sides of the other short wall.

Gently push the second wall against the gable side.

Ice only the bottom of the second gable wall.

Gently push the gable wall against the two short walls.

Voila! You're almost there!

For the first roof side, ice the top of three walls.

Gently place the roof on top of the walls.

Now ice these four surfaces.

Note how the roof overlaps.
