How does God feel about this?

Let us hear it from His own words. "Cast away from you all the transgressions which you have committed, and get yourselves a new heart and a new spirit. For why should you die, O house of Israel? For I have no pleasure in the death of one who dies," says the Lord God, "Therefore turn and live!" Ezekiel 18:31-32, NKJV.

For the hurt of the daughter of my people I hurt. I am mourning; Astonishment has taken hold of me. Is there no balm in Gilead? Is there no physician there? Why then is there no recovery for the health of the daughter of my people? Jeremiah 8:21-22, NKJV.

God loves His people so much. His heart is full of pain to have even one turn away from His love and offer of eternal life. To let them be destroyed is a strange thing for Him. For the Lord shall rise up as in mount Perazim, He shall be wroth as in the valley of Gibeon, that He may do His work, His strange work; and bring to pass His act, His strange act. Isaiah 28:21, KJV. His wrath and destruction is a strange act for Him.

He doesn't want to lose any of His children. He wants to save them so much that He sent His Son. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. John 3:16, NKJV.
