If God is so good why are people afraid of death?
That
is a good question. Many people are afraid of the unknown. Some people are
afraid of what they have not yet experienced. But, if God is your forever
friend, you can know that He will be with you. As Jesus said to His disciples,
He says to all of us: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.
Matthew 28:20. He won't forsake you in life; He won't forsake you in death.
He is with you always, as He said He would be.
God is also concerned in His love for us that we understand what trusting in Christ means when it comes to the subject of death. He wants us to be comforted and to have hope, to be freed from our fears and thus be able to love and trust Him more fully.
